The rules and responsibilities that apply when using Limitra.

These Terms govern your access to Limitra, which is owned and operated by Poliamal. By accessing or using Limitra, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are a minor where you live, use Limitra only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Limitra provides limited-item analytics, public profiles and inventory history, calculators, value and RAP information, wishlists, trade ads, alerts, account customization, a Discord bot, and support tools. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed as the service develops.
You are responsible for the Roblox account you link and for activity performed through your Limitra session. Do not impersonate another person, make false ownership claims, transfer access to a Limitra session, or attempt to access another user's account. Notify support if you believe your account or session has been compromised. Limitra will never ask for your Roblox password.
You may not:
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Limitra a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, process, and moderate that content only as needed to operate and protect the service. Trade ads, proofs, tickets, profile text, and other submissions may be rejected or removed when they are misleading, abusive, unsafe, infringing, unlawful, or disruptive. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for violations.
Values, RAP, sales, ownership records, predictions, risk scores, and verdicts are informational estimates. Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Limitra does not guarantee an item's price, demand, ownership, future performance, or the fairness or completion of any trade. You are solely responsible for checking trade details and deciding whether to trade. Limitra is not responsible for trade outcomes, account loss, platform moderation, or transactions arranged outside the service.
Limitra relies on Roblox, Discord, AI providers, and other external market-data and trade-ad services. Their availability, accuracy, security, and policies are outside Limitra's control. A feature that sends information or performs an action on another service does so only when you enable or request it, and your use remains subject to that service's terms.
By installing, invoking, or otherwise using the Limitra Discord bot, you also agree to these Terms. The bot responds only to its slash commands and does not guarantee that any value, trade, or player result is complete, current, or suitable for a particular decision. Do not submit passwords, authentication cookies, private messages, payment information, or other sensitive personal information through a bot command.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to use the bot in a Discord server and for complying with Discord's rules and the rules of that server. Limitra may limit, suspend, or remove bot access to prevent abuse, protect the service, or comply with law. Limitra is independent from and not endorsed by Discord or Roblox.
Premium is optional and currently fulfilled manually without automatic renewal. The price, duration, payment method, and included benefits are confirmed before payment. Premium does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party integration. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
Limitra's original software, branding, interface, and site content belong to Poliamal or their applicable licensors. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them except as permitted by law or with prior permission. Roblox and its marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Limitra is an independent service and is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
Limitra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Maintenance, external outages, API changes, or security concerns may require temporary or permanent restrictions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poliamal and Limitra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost virtual items or currency, lost profits, lost data, or account actions arising from use of or inability to use Limitra. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
These Terms may be updated when the service, law, or risk profile changes. The effective date above will be updated for material revisions. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For legal, account, or service questions, open a support ticket.
