What Limitra collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Limitra is owned and operated by Poliamal. This policy applies to information processed through limitra.lol and its account, analytics, community, and support features.
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide requested features, calculate and display market analytics, preserve item and inventory history, operate trade ads and support, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, enforce site rules, provide Discord bot and calculator-coaching features, and protect users and infrastructure. Limitra does not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Login sessions use a signed, HTTP-only, secure cookie that expires after 14 days. The site also uses browser local storage for interface preferences and acknowledgements. These mechanisms are required for account security and expected site behavior; Limitra does not currently use advertising cookies.
When you enable a cross-posting integration, its verification token is encrypted at rest and used only for the trade-ad actions you configure. It is not returned to the browser after storage. You can disconnect it in Settings. Never submit a Roblox password or .ROBLOSECURITY cookie through public fields, tickets, or trade ads.
Information may be sent to Roblox, Discord, an AI provider selected for calculator coaching, or a connected trade-ad service when needed to complete a feature you request. AI providers receive only server-generated market facts needed for the response; Limitra does not send stored trade-ad credentials or Roblox session data to an AI provider. Hosting, database, network, and security providers may process limited technical data to operate Limitra. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse, or protect users, Limitra, or the public. External sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Session cookies expire after 14 days and live trade ads expire from the board automatically. Account settings, tickets, moderation records, and optional credentials are retained while needed to provide or protect the service. Discord command metadata and short-lived abuse-control records are retained only as needed for operation, security, and troubleshooting; Limitra does not create a Discord message archive. Calculator-coaching inputs are not used to train Limitra models and are retained only in transient request and operational logs unless you include them in another feature such as a support ticket. Public item, ownership, value, sales, and inventory history may be retained long term because historical continuity is a core analytics feature. Backups and security logs may remain for a limited operational period after deletion.
You can download your account data or delete your user-controlled Limitra records from the Data & privacy section in Settings. You can also log out, disconnect trade-ad credentials, change supported profile settings, and request help through a support ticket. For Discord bot data, open a support ticket and include your Discord user ID so we can verify and process the request. Discord identifiers are not linked to your Roblox account unless you separately provide both during the request. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of personal information. Requests may require account verification and may be limited where retention is necessary for security, legal obligations, or accurate public market history.
Limitra uses signed secure sessions, access controls, encrypted storage for optional integration credentials, and server-side handling of sensitive operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected account or data exposure promptly through support.
Limitra is not intended to collect more personal information from minors than is necessary to operate the service. Users who are minors where they live should use Limitra with permission from a parent or guardian and should not submit personal contact, payment, or credential information in community fields. Data may be processed in countries other than your own wherever Limitra's infrastructure operates.
